In a press release issued on 21 August 2025, the Export and Import Bank of the United States of America (EXIMUS<\/a>) announced that its Board of Directors approved USD 514 million in financing to support American exports and jobs. USD 448 million has been earmarked as guarantee to allow Pennsylvania-based Wabtec to export locomotive kits to Kazakhstan, and USD 66 million is going to support the setting up of the National Data Center in Cote d’Ivoire by Cybastion, based in Washington DC. <\/p>\n\n\n
