Xi Hosts Welcome Banquet for Dignitaries to Belt and Road Forum 2023

At the welcoming banquet of the 3rd Belt and Road Forum (#BRF2023) for International Cooperation held in Beijing on 17 October 2023, Chinese President Xi Jinping stated that over the past decade since the #BRI was proposed, China has carried out thousands of cooperation projects with solid deliverables.

Together with partner countries, China has written a magnificent chapter in promoting a connected world and has charted a path for all to prosper individually and collectively. These achievements have been made possible by the governments, businesses and people of #BRI partner countries through hard work, wisdom and courage.

The 10th anniversary of the #BRI is an opportunity to salute all those who have participated in and contributed to BRI cooperation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China emphasized that more than 4,000 delegates from 130 countries and international organizations took part in the #BRF2023.
