The Government of Côte d’Ivoire plans to raise capital to the tune of FCFA 11,138 billion ($20B) for the 800 projects identified in the NDP.

The Government of Côte d’Ivoire intends to leverage #BlendedFinance by fully mobilizing private capital through initial public funding in order to provide the private sector with a certain level of comfort. Actually, the target is to secure at least 70% of funding from the private sector. International lenders are also expected to come into play once the national and regional players have committed funds to the NDP.
